God brings hope & light through the birth of His son, Jesus. Join us for 5 weeks during the Christmas season as we journey through Advent: A Season of Hope. We will walk through characteristics and gifts that Jesus provides for each of us including peace, hope, love, joy, and ultimately the birth of Jesus. Don’t forget to mark your calendars for the last week of Advent on Christmas Eve for our special services at 4 or 5:30pm.
Week one of our Advent series brings us this one important truth. God wants to bring peace through us. Our God is a God of peace and we often search and ask for God to bring peace to us rather than through us. How can we seek to have God's peace work through us in this Advent season?
When joy comes to the party, fear has to leave. Going into week 2 of our advent series we took time to celebrate all that Jesus has done through Discovery these past two years! We have so many great reasons to think upon joy and fill our hearts with gratitude.
Hope is often hard to find. We search for it in our circumstances, our relationships, our achievements. And often times it leaves us empty-handed. It is easier said than done...but Jesus is calling us to put our hope in Him alone. To fix our eyes on the one who brings us hope this world can't provide.
God's love for us is so rich. God loved us SO much that He chose to adopt us into His family and it gave Him great joy.
We know that by the birth and coming of Jesus that we carry an eternal love and hope. Celebrate the Christmas season with us by tuning in or rewatching our Christmas Eve experience.
