His relationship is more powerful than your guilt and your shame. So don't spend your life hiding in isolation, cowering. Run to the one who always receives you.
And what if I said the most powerful thing you could do is … to pray? Most of us are not praying prayers that change nations. Most of us are not praying prayers that shake the gates of hell.....
God sacrificed his comfort to reach you. Then he handed you the baton. So what stops us? Let us pray that God would give us a heart that breaks for people and the courage to act.
There’s so much more going on in the next generation than you probably realize. God is at work in young generations, and they’re almost always the ones that lead revival, spiritual revolution, world-shaping work…If we’re there to prepare them for it. If we took all our fears and complaints to God and listened…in the quiet, would he give us some names and faces of young people that he might be calling us to raise up?
